目的:探讨替吉奥联合多西他赛对转移性乳腺癌(MBC)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、癌抗原72-4(CA72-4)水平及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2015年4月到2016年12月我院收治的90例MBC患者,按乱数表法分为治疗组和对照组,两组均45例。对照组患者给予希罗达联合多西他赛治疗,治疗组患者给予替吉奥联合多西他赛治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和生活质量。比较两组患者治疗前后血清VEGF-A、VEGF-C及CA72-4水平。记录并比较两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血清VEGF-A、VEGF-C、CA72-4水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后血清VEGF-A、VEGF-C、CA72-4水平均明显降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的生活质量改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:替吉奥联合多西他赛治疗MBC临床疗效显著,能够明显改善患者生活质量,降低血清VEGF-A、VEGF-C及CA72-4水平,且安全性较好,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of tegaserod combined with docetaxel on the serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), cancer antigen 72-4 (CA72-4) and quality of life in patients with metastatic breast cancer (MBC). Methods: From April 2015 to December 2016, 90 MBC patients admitted to our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, 45 cases in both groups. Patients in the control group were treated with Xeloda combined with docetaxel, patients in the treatment group were treated with tiotropium combined with docetaxel, and both groups were treated with 2 courses of treatment. The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Serum levels of VEGF-A, VEGF-C and CA72-4 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions was recorded and compared between the two groups during treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The serum levels of VEGF-A, VEGF-C and CA72-4 in two groups had no significant difference before treatment (P> 0.05). The serum levels of VEGF-A, VEGF-C and CA72-4 in both groups were significantly decreased , And the treatment group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the improvement rate of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The treatment of MBC by TIGO combined with docetaxel has significant clinical effect, which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the serum levels of VEGF-A, VEGF-C and CA72-4, and is safe and worthy of clinical application .
