中国房地产研究会副会长顾云昌表示,中国现在每年新建的房屋面积占世界总量的50%,而建筑能耗占中国全社会能耗总量的40%。
Gu Yunchang, vice president of China Real Estate Research Association, said that China now houses 50% of the total newly built housing area each year, while building energy consumption accounts for 40% of the total energy consumption in China.
