本文检测3 618人次患者血清的抗核抗体与抗dsDNA抗体。自身免疫病患者两种抗体的检出率明显高于一般疾病者,SLE者更明显,并检出部分早期患者。本方法是协助临床早期诊断的重要手段之一。
In this paper, 3 618 anti-nuclear antibodies and anti-dsDNA antibodies were detected in serum of patients. The detection rate of two kinds of antibodies in patients with autoimmune diseases was significantly higher than those in general diseases, and the more obvious in SLE patients and the detection of some early patients. This method is one of the important means to assist early diagnosis in clinic.
