青年教师已成为高职院校教学工作的主要承担者,其教学能力的高低直接影响着人才培养的质量。分析恩施职业技术学院青年教师教学能力的现状,以期探索青年教师教学能力的提升和加强。

Young teachers have become the main undertaker of teaching in higher vocational colleges. The level of teaching ability directly affects the quality of personnel training. Analyze the current situation of the teaching ability of young teachers in Enshi Vocational and Technical College with a view to exploring the improvement and strengthening of young teachers’ teaching ability.
