30例不同类型心律失常的疗效和食管电生理学研究表明,对治疗折返性室上性心动过速和室性期前收缩,心律平有显效,总有效率为80％。该药延长心脏传导系统不应期,抑制房室传导,对窦房结功能低下者有明显抑制作用。不论食管调搏诱发室上速的能力如何,心律平对室上速均有治疗和预防作用。
Efficacy of 30 cases of different types of arrhythmia and esophageal electrophysiological studies have shown that for the treatment of reentrant supraventricular tachycardia and ventricular contraction, the heart rate is effective, the total effective rate was 80%.
