目的观察双氢丹酚酸B对大鼠急性心肌缺血的治疗作用。方法采用大鼠冠脉结扎心肌梗死模型,测定心梗范围及血清心肌酶活性。结果双氢丹酚酸B可明显减小心肌梗死区范围,显著抑制血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的升高,显著降低增高的脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)水平,升高降低的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结论双氢丹酚酸B有明显的心肌保护作用,其保护缺血引起的心肌组织损伤机制可能与其抗氧化、清除氧自由基作用有关。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of dihydrotestin B on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods The rat model of coronary artery ligation was used to determine the extent of myocardial infarction and the activity of serum myocardial enzymes. Results Dihydrotestin B significantly reduced the infarct area, significantly inhibited the increase of serum creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and significantly decreased the increase of lipid peroxide malondialdehyde MDA), increased and decreased the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD). Conclusion Dihydrotestin B has a significant protective effect on myocardium, which may be related to its anti-oxidative and scavenging effects on oxygen free radicals.
