近几年,以旅游为龙头的河北省承德市城乡经济取得了长足的发展,社会成员之间,包括纳税人与税务部门之间的经济往来日益频繁,承德市财、税、库、行预算资金信息管理网络系统(CSKS)应运而生。它通过计算机网络合理地连接国库、财政、税务、商业银行和企业,在网上实时处理预算资金的信息传输与资金清算、预算资金的入库与支付,消灭了税票的手工传递,实现了资源共享,加快了预算资金周转速度,减少了在途时间,提高了资金使用效益。
