笔者有幸作为中国民航的代表参加了日本民用航空局(JCAB:Japan Civil Aviation Bureau)组织的赴日考察活动(FANS项目),重点对日本民用航空交通流量管理的现状作了调查。本文对日本空中交通流量管理的情况作综合分析,他山之石可以攻玉,希望这篇文章对我国空中交通流量管理中心的建设提供参考和帮助。一、日本空中交通管理的概况日本的管制空域共分为两个飞行情报区:东京情报区和那霸情报区。
I had the privilege of participating as a representative of CAAC in the JAF (Japan FANS project) tour organized by the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) and focusing on the current status of Japan’s civil aviation traffic flow management.
