党的十一届三中全会以来,广州市的城区工业(即区街工业)异军突起,成为本市经济发展的一支重要力量。在治理整顿中,国家实行“双紧”方针和产业倾斜政策,城区工业又面临着新的考验。如何摆脱困境,在治理整顿和深化改革中使城区工业稳步健康地发展呢?我认为努力提高企业的经济效益是根本的出路。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Guangzhou’s metropolitan area industry (ie, District Street Industry) has suddenly emerged as an important force in the city’s economic development. In the course of rectification and control, the state has adopted the principle of “double-tightness” and the policy of industrial tilt. Urban industries are now facing new challenges. How to get out of the dilemma and make urban industrial development develop steadily and healthily in the process of rectifying and deepening the reform? I think that it is a fundamental way to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
