1.纯镍的可焊性及其焊接工艺 (1)纯镍的性能纯镍具有优异的耐蚀性能,良好的机械性能,高的耐热性及特殊的电、磁和热膨胀性能。尤其在高温(800℃)下能保持优良的热稳定性和热强度,因此,可在高温氧化性气氛和燃气条件下长时间工作。目前纯镍及镍合金已在燃气涡轮机、喷气发动机、核反应堆的换热器、压力容器及各种反应塔中获得了一定的应用。镍是面心立方晶格结构,它对铜、铁、铬、钼等元素有很大的溶解度,施以冷加工能够进一步强化。
