目前如何根据小气道功能测定来判断小气道病变,仍有许多问题需解决,主要是诊断标准问题。有人认为,只要有一项指标超过正常值范围。即可诊断小气道疾病。但也有一些作者认为应将各项小气道功能指标联合起来更为合理,这样可起到互相补充的作用。本文采取术前测定小气道功能与术后观察切除肺标本中小气道病理变化相结合的方法,着重探讨如何依据小气道功能测定结果合理地诊断小气道疾病问题。
How to determine the function of small airway to determine small airway lesions, there are still many problems to be solved, the main diagnostic criteria. However, some authors believe that it is more reasonable to combine all the small airway function indexes so as to complement each other. In this paper, preoperative determination of small airway function and postoperative observation of the removal of small pulmonary pathological changes in lung specimens combined method, focusing on how to make a reasonable diagnosis of small airway disease based on small airway function test results.
