目的掌握合肥市放射工作人员个人受照剂量,控制职业照射水平。方法放射工作人员个人佩戴剂量元件,用热释光剂量仪测读,每3个月监测1次,1年4次。结果 2007~2009年合肥市放射工作人员人均年剂量当量0.29 m Sv/a。其中X射线工业探伤(0.38 mSv/a)、同位素应用(0.29 m Sv/a)、X射线诊断(0.28 mSv/a)、X射线治疗(0.23mSv/a)、均低于国家标准年平均限值。结论正常工作条件下绝大多数放射工作人员的剂量是安全的,但应对使用个人剂量计加强管理。
Objective To master individual radiation dose of radiation workers in Hefei City, to control the level of occupational exposure. Methods Radiation staff wear personal dose components, with a thermoluminescence dose meter reading, monitoring once every 3 months, 4 times a year. Results The average annual dose equivalent of radiation workers in Hefei from 2007 to 2009 was 0.29 m Sv / a. Among them, X-ray industrial inspection (0.38 mSv / a), isotope application (0.29 m Sv / a), X-ray diagnosis (0.28 mSv / a) and X-ray treatment (0.23 mSv / a) value. Conclusion The dosage of most radiation workers under normal working conditions is safe, but personal dosimeters should be used to enhance management.
