一、事故概况2014年8月1日约1922时,“粤中山渡0463”船从中山市小榄水道沥心渡口阜沙码头开往东升码头,航行途中遭遇突发性强雷雨大风,约1925时,在东升码头下游附近水域倾覆,事故造成船上驾乘人员共16人全部落水,其中10人获救,6人死亡,直接经济损失初步统计为30.5万元,构成重大水上交通事故。“粤中山渡0463”船于2004年11月3日建造完工,船检登记号2004G5100674。最近一次检验由广东省船舶检验局中山港检验所于2013年11月14日在中山完成,应船东申请,船舶检验部门对该船更换主机、齿轮箱、尾轴进行检
