目的:运用区域影像归档和通信系统(PACS)系统提高南海区可疑肺结核的发现率、转诊到位率、追踪到位率和总体到位率。方法:利用区卫生局建立的区域PACS系统,在放射、计算机断层扫描(CT)报告工作站升级增加肺结核转诊功能。结果:经过1年的应用,南海区各综合医院报告可疑肺结核的发现率、转诊到位率、追踪到位率和总体到位率都得到了明显提高。结论:区域PACS系统应用于结核病防治工作中是行之有效,充分利用区域PACS系统的功能,控制结核病的传播。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the detection rate, referral rate, follow-up rate and overall arrival rate of suspicious pulmonary tuberculosis in the South China Sea Region by using the regional image archiving and communication system (PACS) system. Methods: With the regional PACS system established by the District Health Department, the upgrade of radiology and computed tomography (CT) reporting workstation was used to increase the referral function of tuberculosis. Results: After one year’s application, the detection rate, referral rate, follow-up rate and overall arrival rate of suspicious pulmonary tuberculosis in all general hospitals in Nanhai District have all been significantly improved. Conclusion: The application of regional PACS system in tuberculosis prevention and treatment works well, and makes full use of the function of regional PACS system to control the spread of tuberculosis.
