由河南省第一火电建设公司和中国建筑科学研究院工程抗震所共同研制的 LDJ—500型钢筋冷镦头机,于1991年6月22日在北京通过由河南省电力工业局和中国建筑科学研究院共同组织的技术签定。共有科研、设计、制造、施工等10个单位25名专家参加会议。与会代表对提供的十种技术文件进行了审阅,并亲自上机现场操作以及听取设计、制造、检测、用户等单位的介绍。经过认真讨论,一致认为:该机设计合理、结构紧凑,与国内现有的冷镦机相比,具有油路简单、制造零件少、密封部位少、夹紧可靠等优点,各项技术性能指标均达到设汁要求,研制是成功的,达到了国内先进水平。
The LDJ-500 rebar cold heading machine co-developed by the First Thermal Power Construction Company of Henan Province and the Institute of Earthquake Resistance Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Building Research, was passed by the Henan Power Industry Bureau and China Construction Science on June 22, 1991 in Beijing. Research institutes have jointly signed the technology. A total of 25 experts from 10 units including scientific research, design, manufacturing, and construction participated in the meeting. Delegates reviewed the ten technical documents provided, and personally performed on-site operations and heard presentations from design, manufacturing, testing, and users. After careful discussion, it was agreed that the machine has a reasonable design and a compact structure. Compared with the existing cold heading machines in China, it has the advantages of simple oil path, fewer manufacturing parts, fewer sealing parts, and reliable clamping, and various technical performance indicators. All the requirements for designing juices have been achieved and the development has been successful, reaching the domestic advanced level.
