小学生是人生的起始阶段,天真、善良、爱美、喜新、好奇、依赖……是他们的共性。这种共性,构成了小学生的基本品质和整体美。然而小学生的性格特点,还表现在另一面,即不同学生的不同个性。正因为既有共性又有个性,小学生一族,才显得五彩斑斓、纯朴可爱,成为各类人才的雏型。学校及教师如果仅仅注重保护和培养小学生性格上的共性,而不是在注重学生共性的同时致力于发现、尊重、保护和发展良好个性,甚至有意无意地压抑和扼杀他们的良好个性,那么,
