石人嶂钨矿倾斜极薄矿脉上向分层胶结底板分采充填采矿法于1989年11月28日通过鉴定,该项成果能解决了石人嶂北组矿脉及其它类似矿床的开采问题,能够安全有效地回收国家资源,并取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。石人嶂矿区北组矿脉含矿性好,地质条件复杂,围岩不稳固,矿体形态多变,为此被列为省有色金属科研重点项目。由石人嶂钨矿与中南工业大学合作,通过近一年的努力,采用该方法取得了成功,其特点是: 1.矿、岩分采,提高了采出矿石品位。 2.分层胶结底板有利于回采出矿,减少金属损失。 3.分采围岩,充填和胶结底板,改善了工作面的作业条件,确保了工作人员的安全。 4.边采边充,及时处理了空区,有利于控制岩层移动。 5.采矿强度得到了提高,没有存窿矿石,有利资金周转。
