[目的]为贯彻《医院感染管理规范》,了解和掌握我市城区个体医疗机构的消毒质量状况。[方法]按照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)的规定进行。[结果]2005～2008年的4年间,濮阳市疾控中心对市城区个体医疗机构消毒效果监测共537间次,抽检样品1993份,合格1595份,总合格率为80.0%,各年度合格率差异有显著性(χ2=51.82,P﹤0.01)。通过开展消毒效果监测,加强监督管理,消毒质量大大提高。[结论]应强化医务工作者消毒技术的培训工作,提倡使用高效的消毒液和器械浸泡液。
[Objective] To understand and master the quality of disinfection of individual medical institutions in our city in order to carry out “nosocomial infection management rules”. [Method] According to “Disinfection Technical Specifications” (2002 edition) requirements. [Results] During the four years from 2005 to 2008, Puyang Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention monitored 537 disinfection effects of individual medical institutions in urban area. Through the implementation of disinfection monitoring, strengthen supervision and management, disinfection quality greatly improved.
