ISO/WC22/SC22/WG10&WG17于2001年11月12~17日在泰国曼谷举行了专家工作组会议,共有7个国家近30名代表出席,一些摩托车大国如日本、意大利、德国等都派出了代表,美国也首次派出哈里戴维森公司的一名车轮专家与会。我国则是由天津大学内燃机研究所的王颂秦研究员、刘欣高工、林漫群工程师以TMTC(天津摩托车技术中心)的名义参加。在WG10会议上,各位专家对前一段的工作进行了总结,并对车轮标准最后进行了审定。决定将最后的标准进行整理后上报上一级委员会批准。在WGl7会议上,与会代表对上次会议确定的几个专题技术组的汇报进行了总结讨论。 (1) 同意比利时专家关于摩托车惯量设置的建议。 (2) 对摩托车冷却风的设置,请日本代表回国后再作一些试验验证工作。 (3) 关于摩托车阻力设置问题,日本代表提出了经修改后的表格法确定阻力方法,在经过讨论后,基本同意其意见。
ISO / WC22 / SC22 / WG10 & WG17 held an expert working group meeting in Bangkok, Thailand from November 12 to November 2001, with a total of nearly 30 delegates from 7 countries attended. At the WG17 meeting, the participants discussed the reports of several thematic technical groups identified at the last meeting. (1) Agree with the Belgian expert’s suggestion on the setting of motorcycle inertia. (2) Setting the cooling air for motorcycles, please ask Japanese delegates to do some test and verify after returning home. (3) Concerning motorcycle resistance setting, the representative of Japan proposed a revised form method to determine the resistance method, and after discussion, basically agreed with his opinion.
