思想政治教育工作是“引导思想,规范行为”的工作,从根本上说,是一种运用科学理论武装人、调动人的积极性的工作。在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的新形势下,思想政治工作的环境、任务、内容、渠道、对象都发生了很大变化,面临着诸多新情况和新问题。在这样情况下,解疑释惑,理顺情绪,才能做好事业单位职工的思想政治工作,使职工队伍的凝聚力和向心力得到加强。
The work of ideological and political education is the work of “guiding thought and regulating behavior”, which is fundamentally a work of using armed forces to mobilize people’s enthusiasm with scientific theories. Under the new situation of reform and opening up and the development of a socialist market economy, the environment, tasks, contents, channels and objects of ideological and political work have undergone tremendous changes and are facing many new situations and problems. Under such circumstances, we can do a good job in the ideological and political work of the staff and workers of public institutions in order to resolve the doubts and defuse sentiments so that the cohesion and solidarity of the staff and workers will be strengthened.
