目的探讨间接喉镜联合纤维喉镜手术摘除声带大息肉的临床疗效。方法在间接喉镜下,迅速夹除息肉,并迅速转移至纤维喉镜下夹除残余息肉,修整创面。结果痊愈55例,好转5例,痊愈率达91.6%,均无声带粘连等并发症发生。结论间接喉镜联合纤维喉镜手术摘除声带息肉,手术方法简便,迅速,痊愈率高,适合在不具备全麻支撑喉镜下声带大息肉摘除的基层医院开展。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of indirect laryngoscope combined with laryngoscopy in the removal of vocal polyps. Methods Under the indirect laryngoscope, the polyps were rapidly removed and rapidly transferred to the fibrous laryngoscope to remove the residual polyps, and the wounds were trimmed. Results 55 cases were cured, improved in 5 cases, the cure rate was 91.6%, no complications such as vocal cord adhesion. Conclusion Indirect laryngoscope combined with laryngoscopy for the removal of vocal cord polyp is a simple, rapid surgical method with high cure rate. It is suitable for the primary hospital with large vocal cord polyp removal without general anesthesia supporting laryngoscope.
