烟碱,又称尼古丁(Nicotine),是香烟中“有效成分”。其分子式为C_(10)H_(14)N_2,分子量162.23。我们在Winerforner氏薄层燐光法基础上对展开剂、显色剂等实验条件进行了一些摸索。方法简便、快速,样品无需纯化处理,适合大规模调查监测。实验方法试剂:展开剂,氯仿:甲醇(99:1)。显色剂:碘化铋钾溶液。尼古丁标准液:用进口分析纯Nicotine配成1.0mg/ml氯仿溶液,临用时稀释成0.01mg/ml。
Nicotine, also known as nicotine, is an “active ingredient” in cigarettes. Its molecular formula C_ (10) H_ (14) N_2, molecular weight 162.23. Based on Winerforner’s thin-layer calendering method, we made some exploration on the experimental conditions of developing agent, color reagent and so on. The method is simple and rapid, the sample without purification, suitable for large-scale survey and monitoring. Experimental method Reagents: developing solvent, chloroform: methanol (99: 1). Developer: bismuth potassium iodide solution. Nicotine standard solution: imported analytical Nicotine dubbed 1.0mg / ml chloroform solution, when used diluted to 0.01mg / ml.
