汝州焦化厂的一台D300—42型煤气鼓风机是1990年3月投产使用的,1991年9月30日振动突然加剧,电机和风机侧振点的振动幅值在0.08至0.20之间波动,润滑油管大幅度摆动,进出口风管、操作走台超常振动,对炼焦和化学产品回收构成严重威胁。为迅速查明原因,我厂应用了故障逻辑树查找法。(见图) 1.检查生产报表和生产工人点检卡,取证工艺参数,了解操作过程无异常,把重点放在机组内部查找。 2.按照故障逻辑图,对进出口管线、基础、通风、润滑系统、风机、电机、联轴器等逐项进行检查、分析,确认: (1)检查、加固进出口管道中振松的法兰、吊架、弹簧支座; (2)检查通风系统、润滑系统的运行情况,检测各项压力和流量都正常; (3)紧固风机、电机地脚螺栓后,启动主电机再测
A D300-42 gas blower at Yuzhou Coking Plant was put into operation in March 1990. The vibration suddenly intensified on September 30, 1991 and the vibration amplitude of the vibration point on the side of the motor and fan fluctuated between 0.08 and 0.20. Lubricating oil pipe swing, import and export of duct, operating platform abnormal vibration, coking and chemical products recovery poses a serious threat. In order to quickly find out the reason, I applied fault logic tree find method. According to the logic diagram of the fault, inspect, analyze and confirm the import and export pipeline, foundation, ventilation, lubrication system, fan, motor, coupling and so on one by one.
