康濯:这次评茅盾奖,提出作品要有点史诗性,要有反映生活的深度。现在年轻人有很多新的观点,走在我们前面了。我们要加紧学习。另外,我再谈一点。我们省里一个领导同志看了小说《芙蓉镇》,觉得不错。只有一个意见,他一定要我转告古华同志,就是对老人家的态度不要那么过分。(古华:这个很重要。)这个意见恐怕不止湖南有,不考虑不行。很多人看了《芙蓉镇》感到不舒服,这是因为它说了真话,小说写伤痕不是为了展览,而是为了治好它。我们这些人在“四人帮”对是不会讲真语的,现在要一步步学会讲。古华讲了些真话,对生活作了些评价。当然,今天看来讲得也不是那么透,所以要深化一步。谢晋:大家的发言对我很有启发。我希望能探索
