小学语文教学中,课文的编排和教案的编写上都是根据板块式进行的,板块式教学的架构方式是由一个大问题为主,一些小问题为辅的教学设计。具体到教学环节中,可以划分为初读感知、精读理解、熟读迁移,而在这样的板块式教学中,凝练的几个问题将课堂串联起来,并积极引发学生的思考变得尤为重要。有效的提问能促进学生自主、合作、探究式学习,是生本课堂的体现。本文将运用管理学中的目标管理法对课堂的有效性提问做出系统梳理。
