患儿男,18个月,病志号7176。以发烧、腹泻、频繁呕吐3天、嘻睡神志恍惚5小时入院。三天前无明显诱因开始发烧,体温38℃～39℃之间,腹泻水样便,无粘液脓血便,日十余次,同时伴有非喷射状呕吐,次数频繁,进食进水后即倾出,皆为胃内容物,近一天来烦渴尿少,经卫生院补液、对症等治疗,因病情加重、神志恍惚,精神极度萎靡而来我院,查体:T39℃,P120次/分,R24次/分,BP90/70毫米汞柱,
