胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大报告中明确提出,要以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程。思想政治工作作为党建伟大工程的传统构成和重要载体,面临新的机遇与挑战,必须与时俱进,积极进行创新与发展。作为企业思想政治工作的主要阵地和重要载体的企业报刊,要积极探索强化其在新形势下服务职工群众、开创思想政治工作新局面的导向作用,继续努力提高办报质量与水平,增加受本企业职工群众的欢迎度,使企业报刊在企业思想政治工作的导向作用进一步有效发挥,更好地服务企业三个文明建设健康、稳定、和谐发展。
