目前已在五个生产联合企业的选煤厂中应用离心重力选煤新工艺。该工艺使用的是СЩ-15型和СВЩ-15型逆流式螺旋分选机。东西伯利亚煤炭联合企业赫拉姆卓夫群矿选煤厂、卡拉冈达煤炭联合企业加尔巴乔夫七号选煤厂和基泽尔煤炭联合企业科斯帕什克选煤厂都全部采用这一新技术。生产实践表明,用螺旋分选机代替流洗槽,大大降低了矸石中的煤炭损失,提高了产品的质量,减少了辅助设备数量,
Centrifugal gravimetric coal preparation processes have now been applied at coal preparation plants of five production joint ventures. This process uses the СЩ-15 and СВЩ-15 counter-current spiral separators. East Siberian coal conglomerate Hlamc Zhuofu Group coal dressing plant, coal gangang Karajaga Garbakov VII coal preparation plant and Kitazar coal conglomerate Kasi Paqike coal preparation plant are all using this new technology. Production practice shows that the spiral sorter instead of flow tank, greatly reducing the coal loss in the gangue, improve product quality and reduce the number of auxiliary equipment,
