电子示波器扫描电路要求扫描速度变化范围大、非线性系数小、电路工作稳定及使用调节方便等.自举电路在实际应用上存在一定的缺点,用五极管抑制栅极作开关的密勒电路,扫描的起始部分有一突跳,在快速扫描时严重影响扫描的线性,这种电路的最大变化速率受到帘栅耗的限制.正向密勒扫描电路输出电压没有起始突跳,因而线性最好,输出电压最大变化速率不受帘栅耗限制,因而可以大大提高.本文拟对正向密勒扫描电路的设计作一些介绍.
