The chemical composition of human food, especially that involved in the abundance of trace elements, is a very complex area and so far it lacks sufficient information. Some researchers believe that elements come from the natural environment, through some means to transfer, and finally reach people eat food. In general, these approaches lead to a gradual decrease in elemental abundance. Most of the material from the rock → soil → plant → livestock → human migration, although some plants are only rich in certain elements, and in animals such as the liver, kidney and other organs
