分析中西医结合方法治疗晚期癌痛的疗效。方法:将重度癌痛患者63例随机分为治疗组33例(西药基础上加用中药及针刺镇痛治疗),对照组30例(单纯使用西药),比较两组的止痛疗效、止痛持续时间、毒副作用及患者生存质量。结果:治疗组止痛效果、止痛持续时间及减轻毒副作用反应方面明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗晚期癌痛能明显提高止痛效果,减轻西药的毒副作用,提高癌痛患者的生活质量。
Analysis of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of advanced cancer pain curative effect. Methods: Thirty-three patients with severe cancer were randomly divided into treatment group (33 cases treated with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture on the basis of western medicine) and 30 cases (Western medicine used alone) in the control group. The analgesic efficacy and pain relief were compared between the two groups Time, side effects and patient quality of life. Results: The analgesic effect, duration of analgesia and the reduction of toxic and side effects in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of advanced cancer pain can significantly improve the analgesic effect, reduce the side effects of western medicine and improve the quality of life of patients with cancer pain.
