There may be a positive relationship between the 14 prefectures (prefectures) in Hunan Province and the level of GDP per capita in each city (prefecture) in this assessment. Further comparative analysis shows that there is a significant positive relationship between the investment amount of fixed assets in 14 prefectures and cities and macro-control ability, urbanization level and basic support ability, per capita disposable income of urban residents and financial ability.
