我国实行改革开放以来,国际间交往日渐增多,国际邮件与日俱增。根据邮电部规定,县、市局均应收寄国际平挂函件和包裹,城乡支局均应收寄平挂函件,邮电所应收寄国际平常函件。目前有的局、所由于业务不熟不愿收寄国际邮件,以种种理由拒收,给用户交寄造成困难:也有的局、所不按规定收寄,造成退回或邮件延误,在国内外造成不好影响。有的同志认为收寄国际邮件比较难,实际上只要注意以下几个问题,就能收寄好国际邮件。
