幸福是人们对自我内心美好感觉的感知。医务人员职业幸福感是一种在职业中产生的神圣感与使命感交织在一起的职业价值自豪感。医护人员职业幸福感的高低直接关系着医疗服务的质量和效果。而医疗行业是一门专业技术能力高、医务工作者的培育周期长,医学素养高的特殊的职业,服务对象是各类患病人群。医护人员具有良好的素质,才能为患者提供较高的医疗质量。而随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化,医疗职业本身的高技术性、高风险性带来的巨大压力,病人维权意识日益提高,医患关系紧张,医疗纠纷数量增长,纠纷的严重性不断升级等原因。因此提高医务人员职业幸福感意义重大。本文以深化医药卫生体制改革为背景,通过对医务人员职业幸福感研究必要性的背景及环境进行分析,通过对新医改政策分析。对目前医务人员职业环境等因素进行分析,探讨医务人员幸福职业的现实意义及提高医务人员幸福职业的价值。为进一步开展这一特殊群体工作者幸福职业进行思考,探讨研究此课题现实意义及研究方法提出建议。
Happiness is the perception of a good feeling of self. Occupational well-being of medical staff is a sense of professional pride that is interwoven with the sense of sacredness and mission generated in the profession. The level of professional happiness of medical staff is directly related to the quality and effectiveness of medical services. The medical profession is a professional with high technical ability, long incubation period of medical workers, high medical literacy special occupation, the service object is all kinds of sick people. Health care workers have a good quality, in order to provide patients with higher quality of care. With the continuous deepening of the medical and health system reform and the tremendous pressure brought by the high-tech and high-risk medical profession itself, patients’ rights awareness is increasing day by day, the doctor-patient relationship is tense, the number of medical disputes is increasing, and the seriousness of disputes escalates the reason. Therefore, improving the professional happiness of medical staff is of great significance. Based on the deepening reform of medical and health system, this paper analyzes the background and environment necessary for the study of occupational happiness of medical staff and analyzes the policy of new medical reform. Analyze the current occupational environment and other factors of medical personnel, discuss the practical significance of medical staff’s happy occupation and enhance the value of medical staff’s happy occupation. To further carry out this special group of happy workers to think about the work to explore the practical significance of this topic and research methods to make recommendations.
