本文报告我科１９９３年１月－１９９４年６月收治的出生体重在１５００ｇ以下的极低出生体重儿１８例，存活率达８８．９％。作者着重阐述了掌握有效的复温时间，良好的呼吸管理和喂奶方的改进，并发症的预防以及严格的消毒隔离措施是提高极低出生体重儿存活率的关键。
This article reports 18 cases of very low birth weight infants weighing less than 1500g born in our department from January 1993 to June 1994 and has a survival rate of 88.9%. The authors highlight the importance of having effective rewarming times, good respiratory management and feeding regimens, prevention of complications, and strict disinfection and isolation measures to improve the survival rate of very low birth weight infants.
