地方志是保存历史、传承文明的重要载体。多年来,全省广大地方志工作者辛勤笔耕,潜心修志,为龙江留下了宝贵的精神财富。地方志工作是国务院《地方志工作条例》赋予各级政府的一项重要职责,各地各部门要高度重视,创造良好条件。地方志工作部门和广大地方志工作者要认真学习贯彻李克强总理重要批示,不断增强责任感、使命感,以对事业、对人民、对历史高度负责的精神,做好地方志工作,为推进龙江经济社会发展做出积极贡献。
