目的:研究人工流产手术中宫颈注射利多卡因的疗效。方法:对154例人工流产患者分为两组进行回顾分析。结果:两组患者在术中的宫颈扩张、镇痛效果以及发生RAAS情况对比,治疗组明显优于对照组(P值均﹤0.01)。结论:术中进行宫颈注射利多卡因安全可靠,可有效扩张宫颈,产生良好的镇痛效果,且术中引发RAAS率较低,有效提升了手术成功率。
Objective: To study the efficacy of cervical injection of lidocaine in induced abortion. Methods: 154 cases of induced abortion were divided into two groups for retrospective analysis. Results: In the two groups, the cervical dilatation, analgesic effect and incidence of RAAS during operation were significantly better in the treatment group than those in the control group (all P <0.01). Conclusion Intraoperative intraoperative injection of lidocaine is safe and reliable, which can effectively expand the cervix and produce good analgesic effect. The intraoperative RAAS rate is lower, which effectively improves the success rate of operation.
