1 前言CPE 的含意是斜轧穿孔后顶管延伸。这种方法是西德曼内斯曼-德马克(Mannesmann-Demag)公司发展的,可以用于1/2～9%″(21.3～244·5mm)碳钢和中合金钢无缝管的生产。这种方法适于生产薄壁结构管,石油管和锅炉管。所生产的钢管能够满足所有常用国际标准的技术要求。CPE 方法的特点是投资费用较少,技术复杂性低,当年产量在15～30万吨(随产品方案而定)范围时,这种方法具有较好的经济效益。
1 Preface The meaning of CPE is oblique pipe after piercing perforation extension. This method, developed by Mannesmann-Demag, can be used for the production of 1/2 to 9% (21.3 to 244.5 mm) seamless steel tubes made of carbon and medium alloy steel . This method is suitable for the production of thin-walled structural tubes, oil pipes and boiler tubes produced by the steel to meet the requirements of all the commonly used international standards.CPE method is characterized by less investment costs, low technical complexity, the current output 15 to 300,000 tons (depending on the product plan) range, this method has good economic benefits.
