设计了一种由LED靶标、成像透镜及面阵CMOS组成的重载车辆车架形变测量系统,可用于导弹发射车发射架形变检测。在车体上搭建成像系统,通过监测LED靶标在CMOS上成像位置的变化得到车体在垂直于光轴平面内形变量大小,并实时将结果输出至上位机系统。实验结果表明,该系统能准确测量靶标点相对于成像系统的变化,具有精度高、实时性好等优点。
A frame distortion measurement system for heavy-duty vehicles composed of LED target, imaging lens and area array CMOS is designed. It can be used to detect the deformation of launch vehicle launcher. The imaging system is set up on the car body, the deformation of the car body in the plane perpendicular to the optical axis is obtained by monitoring the change of the imaging position of the LED target on the CMOS, and the result is output to the host computer system in real time. The experimental results show that the system can accurately measure the change of the target point relative to the imaging system, and has the advantages of high precision and good real-time performance.
