在当前国内高等院校积极进行转型和开展英语教学改革的过程中,教师专业素质的提高成为影响该过程的关键。中外合作办学项目以其独特的优势为地方高校的转型提供了可供借鉴的经验。本文通过调查问卷、教师访谈和观摩课堂的形式对中外合作办学项目中英语教师的能力提升方法进行探索及研究,旨在为积极提升英语教师的专业素质提供经验支持。
In the current domestic colleges and universities to actively carry out the transformation and carry out the process of English teaching reform, the improvement of the professional qualifications of teachers as the key to the process. Sino-foreign cooperative education project with its unique advantages for the transformation of local colleges and universities provide a reference for the experience. This paper explores and researches methods of improving English teachers’ ability in Sino-foreign cooperative education projects through questionnaires, teacher interviews and observing classes, aiming to provide empirical support for actively enhancing the professional quality of English teachers.
