近些年来新的抗菌药物不断应用于临床 ,在寻找对耐药菌具高效低毒 ,药理性能好的品种的同时 ,抗菌药物特别是抗生素的滥用和浪费现象也日益严重。不合理用药不但延误病情 ,而且导致毒副作用增加和各种不良反应发生。作者针对抗生素不合理使用现状 ,进行讨论分析。1 抗生素不合
