对14例癫痫患者手术切除痫灶皮质进行光镜和透射电镜观察。结果发现,光镜下各例均显示脑实质内微血管畸形;电境下的改变提示:癫痫患者痫灶皮质坏死与凋亡细胞并存。并从免疫和凋亡的关系上讨论其意义。
14 cases of epilepsy patients with surgical removal of epileptogenic cortex by light and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that, under light microscope, all cases showed microvascular malformations in the brain parenchyma; changes in the electrical environment suggest epileptic cortex epileptogenic necrosis and apoptotic cells co-exist. Discuss its significance from the relation between immunity and apoptosis.
