本仪器采用光纤传像束传像,投影屏显示的方法监视较远距离的管内或箱内的焊接状态。第一台产品已用于哈尔滨空调机厂UG—444空气冷器的管箱的内部焊接质量的监视,使该产品达到国际焊接标准,提高质量有了必要条件。该仪器采用国产光纤传像束,其长度、传像方式以及在焊接方面的应用在国内还没有先例,填补了国内空白。
The instrument uses optical imaging beam beam image projection screen display method to monitor the more distant pipe or the welding state within the box. The first product has been used to monitor the internal welding quality of the air conditioners in Harbin Air Conditioner Factory UG-444 air cooler, so that the product meets the international welding standards and has the necessary conditions for improving the quality. The instrument uses domestic fiber optic imaging beam, its length, imaging methods and the application of welding in the country there is no precedent to fill the gaps.
