作为一名幼教改革的先驱者,曾秀卿园长几十年如一日地在幼教园地耕耘不辍。她以前沿的视野、先进的理念、创新的实践,带领着原福州幼师附属幼儿园全体教师承担起了贯彻《幼儿园工作规程》全国试点园的工作,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,并将实践成果向全省乃至全国辐射推广,为幼教改革事业做出了积极的贡献。她本人也被授予“福建省特级教师”、“全国教育系统劳动模范”、“先进工作者”等荣誉称号。
