氯霉素是酰胺醇类抗生素,具有抑菌作用的广谱抗菌药。其滴耳液用于治疗敏感细菌感染引起的外耳炎、急慢性中耳炎。本文参考有关文献[1-4],根据氯霉素分子结构中含有手性碳原子,具有旋光性的特点,采用旋光法测定氯霉素滴耳液中氯霉素的含量,取得良好结果,现报告如下:1材料与方法1.1药物与试剂氯霉素对照品(中国药品生物制品检定所,批号130555-200602)
