目的了解河南省开封市第一人民医院住院患者麻醉性药品的应用现状,防止滥用药现象,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理用药提供参考。方法以河南省开封市第一人民医院2009年麻醉药品处方为依据,进行统计、汇总,对河南省开封市第一人民医院麻醉药品用药情况进行分析。结果用于手术镇痛、癌症止痛的麻醉药品用药频度居前三位的是枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、盐酸吗啡注射液。结论病区使用麻醉药品基本合理。
Objective To understand the application status of inpatients’ narcotic drugs in the First People’s Hospital of Kaifeng City, Henan Province, to prevent the phenomenon of drug abuse and to provide reference for the scientific management and rational drug use of narcotic drugs. Methods Based on prescriptions of narcotic drugs in 2009 in First People’s Hospital of Kaifeng City, Henan Province, statistics and compilation were carried out to analyze the narcotic drugs used in the First People’s Hospital of Kaifeng City, Henan Province. Results For the top three anesthetic drugs for surgical analgesia and cancer analgesia, sufentanil citrate injection, remifentanil hydrochloride and morphine hydrochloride injection were the most frequently used drugs. Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in the ward is basically reasonable.
