高粱喜温,对低温冷害比较敏感,影响产量较大。选育早熟品种在一定程度上可以躲避冷害。但早熟品种产量偏低,一旦遭于冷害,减产更加严重。本研究意在探讨高粱是否有抗寒或耐寒性?不同品种间的差异究竟有多大?以企最终找出抗寒或耐寒的高产、质优的高粱种质材料。本文仅就高粱种子萌发阶段的耐寒性问题进行初步探讨。一、材料与方法以低温荫发法筛选、测定高粱不同种质材料的耐寒性;参照王洪春等提出的水稻干胚膜
High temperature sorghum, chilling injury more sensitive to the impact of larger yield. Breeding early varieties can to some extent avoid cold damage. However, the yield of early-maturing varieties is relatively low. Once chilling injury is caused, the yield reduction is even more serious. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether sorghum has cold or cold tolerance. What is the difference between different varieties? Finally, we find out the high yield and high quality sorghum germplasm with cold or cold tolerance.
