楔形缺损,临床上较多见,为了改进其治疗方法,我们曾报导[1]采用不磨牙,酸蚀/光敏树脂修复牙颈部楔形缺损,经1(1/2)和5年后临床复查,成功率分别为90.1%和77.78%,效果较满意。但采用紫外光光敏树脂,需特殊设备,且紫外光对人体眼睛和皮肤有损害,不易推广应用。故在此法基础上,将光敏树脂改为自凝复合树脂,经三年临床应用,现将治疗后一年以上复查234牙,作一分析报导。
