迄今为止,在世界经济的现实情况中,一方面,第三世界作为边缘地区,无论在实际上或理论上都从属于先进国。另方面,第三世界主张独立自主的理论也正在加强。这样,世界经济就面临着重新组织与第三世界相适应的经济秩序的课题,但是,尽管南北双方都在不断地提出新的理论,实际上在很多情况下只不过是挪动一下旧理论的“座标轴”而已。特别是很多新理论还停留在设想的阶段。下面就是第二次世界大战后南北双方提出的几种理论。
So far, in the realities of the world economy, on the one hand, the third world as a marginal region has been subordinated to the advanced countries, both in fact and in theory.
