采用压力浸渗的方法成功制备了玄武岩纤维增强铝基复合材料;并根据热力学判据,分析了复合材料在Al-SiO2界面反应进行的详细过程及物质传输情况;在TEM和EDS结果的基础上讨论了界面反应层的结构;对制备的复合材料进行了力学性能试验。通过性能和断口分析认为,过强的界面结合强度是影响复合材料性能提高的关键因素。
The basalt fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites were successfully prepared by pressure impregnation. The detailed process and material transport of the composites were also analyzed based on the thermodynamic criteria. Based on the results of TEM and EDS The structure of the interface reaction layer was discussed. The mechanical properties of the prepared composite were tested. According to the analysis of performance and fracture analysis, too strong interfacial bonding strength is the key factor that affects the performance of composites.
